OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

Thanks for shopping at Listen To The Truth. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. At Listen To The Truth, we believe that you are partnering with HIM to display HIS word to the world, your direct environment and YOU by your purchase. It is an opportunity to share Gods word in a different format. We will always strive to work with you. We only ask that if the items are being returned, that they are unused and in the same condition that you received it. Feel free to keep any other accompanying items such as bookmarks, thank you cards or bags that was initially sent with the T-shirt.

 REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If for any reason your refund was rejected, feel free to contact us with “Appeal for Refund” and we will follow up with you directly.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

SALES ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to P.O.B 433, Swedesboro, NJ 08085. Please always bear in mind that we are partners with you, and will always strive to work with you.
